Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten

EES Pre-K & Kindergarten

We offer preschool classes for 3 year-olds, 4 year-olds and kindergarten for 5 year-olds. The pre-kindergarten classes for 3 year-olds and 4 year-olds may be half day morning sessions or full day.

Pre-Kindergarten: Students must have their third (3rd) or fourth (4th) birthday respectively on or before September 15th.

Kindergarten: Students must have their fifth (5th) birthday on or before September 15th.

Children enrolled in the school must be toilet trained by the beginning of the school year, including those children enrolled in Pre-Kindergarten.

The objectives of the preschool division are to introduce children to a structured learning environment, and to give them a safe and loving atmosphere in which to expand existing skills, acquire new skills, and to instill a strong academic foundation and life-long love of learning. the faculty strives to provide age-appropriate activities to facilitate the spiritual, social, cognitive, emotional, and physical growth of the students. Through Learning centers, small group activities, the students are encouraged to explore, discover, create, and make choices within a framework of cooperative responsibility.
